Whether you’re looking to build upon an existing hobby or love for baking bread or you’re just jumping into sourdough bread, you’ll come away from this one-day class ready to hit the ground running. The course will cover the process from start to finish: Making your own starter, mixing dough, shaping loaves, and grasping the method behind a perfect bake.
During the class, you will get a crash course on terminology and techniques, followed by hands-on mixing, dividing, folding, and shaping of the dough. Each participant will go home with a loaf that is ready to bake, so it’s important that you have a way to bake at home — such as a dutch oven.
