Boy’s Bakery is a Sacramento bakery specializing in “Fika” buns. Fika is a Swedish concept of “catching up” with family and friends over coffee and buns. Boy’s Bakery owner and baker Joe Luna moved to Sweden and had the opportunity to eat fika buns up and down the country for nearly three years before returning home to California.
There will be two classes: 3:00pm and 5:30pm. Space is very limited.
