Dine Downtown is one of our favorite January activities, proof here. Every year, Downtown Sac makes our foodie dreams come true with Dine Downtown, a dining experience that gives locals the opportunity to enjoy meals from some of Sacramento’s best restaurants at a fraction of the normal cost. One needs a damn good reason to indulge in a 3-course meal (or a series of 3-course meals, let’s be real) just after the holidays. Dining at Ella for $35 is validation enough–we’re in. So when our friends at Downtown Sac asked us to preview some of this year’s menus, we didn’t hesitate.
Grange is a Sacramento favorite for all the obvious and important reasons: farm-to-fork food, cocktails, location (downtown as downtown gets) and class. Simply a beautiful place to enjoy a beautiful meal. One of our favorite Sacramento experiences is Grange’s Follow the Chef Lunch and while, the experience is out of season, you can enjoy the same farm-to-fork spirit during Dine Downtown. Chef Oliver Ridgeway brought out the full spread and we were happy to take it from there.
